Our range of spare parts for steam turbines
Steam turbines consist of numerous precision components that require regular maintenance or replacement:
- Rotor & Blades: Complete rotors, moving blades (impulse and reaction types), as well as guide vanes and nozzle rings.
- Sealing systems: Labyrinth seals, sealing strips, labyrinth bushings and oil scrapers to minimize steam losses.
- Bearings & mechanics: Radial and axial bearings (e.g. tilting-pad bearings), gear sets, shafts and plain bearings.
- Valves & Control: Valve stems, valve cages, quick-closing valves, servo motors and control cylinders.
- Fasteners: Special screws, nuts and bolts for housing separation planes.
