Inspection of drilling rigs in accordance with API standards
- Components & systems: The following are inspected: the drive head, gearbox (temperature <60°C), hydraulic systems (tank temperature <80°C), wear parts, drill string, derricks and risers.
- Methods: In addition to visual inspections, non-destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing and thread analysis are used.
- Special inspection: For the inspection of drilling and production risers, we use specialised methods, namely RADAR technologies without surface preparation.
Repair work
Our range of services includes specialist services such as hydraulic servicing, replacement of wear parts, engine reconditioning and electrical inspections.
